Purpose
This Agreement explains how Elite Pages (“Company”) may compensate an independent referring party (“Referrer”) for introducing potential clients, projects, products, or services to the Company.

Referral Compensation
Referrer may earn a share of the net profit generated from referrals that result in completed and paid work. The standard referral compensation begins at ten percent (10%) of net profit.

Depending on the size, margin, and scope of a referral, compensation may increase beyond the base rate, up to a maximum of fifty percent (50%) of net profit, as determined by the Company on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Conditions
Referral compensation is paid only on revenue that has been successfully collected by the Company and after the related services have been delivered or completed. Compensation is calculated per engagement and applies only to approved and qualifying referrals.

Independent Relationship
This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship. Referrer acts independently and does not have authority to represent or bind Elite Pages in any manner.
